A basic machine for high-precision progressive die applications.
- Stamping speed is usually sacrificed for the sake of more qualified products. Yet for universal crankshaft presses, they need high speed to increase working efficiency.
- To solve this conflict, AIDA PMX presses combine link motion mechanism with conventional crank motion mechanism.
- Link motion mechanism is able to reduce the slide speed during stamping to 60% of what a press can do with traditional crank motion mechanism.
- Slides can rise back rapidly, increasing the whole speed meanwhile reducing the effects of fast forming on product precision, thus forming effectively addressing the conflict.
